Amanda Walsh has been training with me for the last 5 years + . Amanda is an amazing young woman, who has transformed her life and has found her soul purpose. I am so delighted she is sharing her wonderful gifts with us at the weekend.
Amanda Walsh – Yin Yoga Teacher – Animal Reiki Level 2
Amanda started yoga as a stress reliever on a weekly basis early on in her healing journey. Through the weekly practice she found that her body became lighter and movement became easier. Over the years she fell in love with Vinyasa Yoga and the flow it brought to her life both on and off the mat. On her healing journey she discovered Yin Yoga which gave her the time and space to sit and feel into what was coming up for her in her life, ultimately Yin Yoga taught her how to get comfortable in the discomfort. She found it easier to practice patience, kindness and love and the more she learnt to give it to herself through yoga. Yoga became a powerful meditation and so last year she decided to go to India where she studied for one month and successfully completed her 200 hours of Yin and Vinyasa yoga teacher training.Yin yoga practice is suitable for everyone and every ability, it allows you to create space while reconnecting with your body, mind and spirit.
